Change of residence
A. Arriving to the municipality :
Report within 15 days to fill out the declaration of arrival of the household with the address of the municipality and the names of the members of the household.
Once the residence is verified by the district officer, please wait for a notice from the Population Service and report to the municipal bureau of the population with the following documents:
• Identity cards of each person in the household;
• Pension book;
• Registration number for the Radio-TV service charges;
• Vehicle registration.
B. Leaving the municipality :
Report to the destination municipality.
C. Changes within the municipality :
Please report within 8 days to the population service to fill out a declaration, after which the same procedure will apply as with the arrival.
Driver's license
* Completed, dated and signed form from the Ministry of Communications;
* Two recent photos, mandatory for a driver’s license (original, duplicate or
replacement).
The deadline for issuing a driver’s license is 5 working days from the date of filing the application.
Passports
Please report to the population bureau with the following documents:
* Identity card;
* Two recent full face photos - in color/white background;
* Old passport
Children up to 18 (5 years): 61 €.
Adults (5 years): 91 €.
Deadline:
Securitas accepts passports on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. They are returned on the same day of the following week.
EXCEPTIONAL MEASURES WITHIN 24H:
* Children up to18: 230 €
* Adults: 260 €

| Pension arrears+ liquidation | Please come in with the paid bill for funeral expenses. |
| Driver's license | SPlease come in person with your identity card, 2 recent photos, your old license + old medical underwriting (as needed). |
| Provisional driver’s license or training license | Please come in with your identity card and the documents from the examination center. |
| Vaccination | Please turn in your vaccination certificate and show your marriage certificate (as needed). |
